My Fitness Plan:

The reality is that you don't always have access to a gym or fitness facility -- What then?  You can't just stop exercising!  Now is the time to adapt, and to develop your own personal home fitness plan taking into account the following:

1.  State at least 3 attainable personal fitness goals
2. Identify steps you will take to achieve each goal
3. How will you know you have achieved your goals?
4. What is the time frame associated with your goals?
5. End of May: review the steps and your progress
                            -what changes are needed?
