What you should aim for:
30 Minutes of exercise 5+ days a week ( A )
30 Minutes of exercise 3-4 days a week ( B )
30 Minutes of exercise 1-2 days a week ( C to C+ )

Exercise should be challenging and should require continual effort. Be creative . . . and FUN! Just KEEP MOVING!!
